ANLC RDM FINDER
App privacy
ANLC RDM Finder is designed to discover and communicate with compatible lighting equipment on the local network. The normal commissioning workflow does not require an ANLC user account.
Local network information
To perform discovery and device communication, the app may process technical information available on the local network, such as IP addresses, device identifiers, node information, RDM unique identifiers, fixture information, universes and supported configuration parameters. This information is used to provide the app’s lighting-network functions.
Local network permission
On Apple platforms, the operating system may ask you to allow access to devices on your local network. This permission is required for discovery and communication features that depend on the local network. You can change the permission in the device settings.
Cloud accounts, advertising and tracking
The normal local commissioning workflow does not require an ANLC account. ANLC RDM Finder is not intended to use local lighting-network data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Information you choose to send
If you contact ANLC Lighting for support and choose to send screenshots, logs, packet captures or other diagnostic files, those files may contain technical network or device information. They are handled as part of the support request described below.
